Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products, intimate items, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hoonarandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return shipping expenses.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour, or item, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for any next steps.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for processing. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, some items may take longer to process.
